Exclusive creations by Chef Lili Linda, designed around Mokable micro-ground coffee and fine chocolate.
Discover the revolutionary Coffee You Can Eat — artisan coffee tabs that look like chocolate but are pure, micro-ground specialty coffee.

Mokable is unlike anything you've ever tasted. Made with 100% micro-ground specialty coffee beans — with absolutely no chocolate — Mokable tabs look like fine chocolate squares but are entirely pure coffee. Fruity, roasted, complex, and utterly delicious.
Born in Japan and now making waves in Canada, Mokable is the perfect ally of chocolate: a companion ingredient that complements, contrasts, and elevates chocolate-based creations in the hands of talented pastry chefs. At Mix & Moka, Mokable and chocolate come together in exclusive signature creations that you won't find anywhere else.

Pastry Chef Lili Linda was born in Indonesia and pursued her passion for pastry arts at the Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionery Arts, graduating in 2014. Following her studies, she spent six years honing her craft in some of Oakville's most respected kitchens, steadily building the technical expertise and creative vision that would earn her the role of Executive Pastry Chef at Hexagon, Oakville's one-MICHELIN-starred restaurant, while also contributing her talents at 7 Enoteca.
Her years in fine dining instilled the precision, discipline, and attention to detail that continue to define her pastry philosophy today.
In December 2024, Chef Linda opened Tatin Bakehouse, where she blends classic French pastry techniques with the vibrant flavours of Southeast Asia. Her distinctive creations quickly earned recognition, including a spot on Beli's Top 5 Best New Bakeries, and attracted international attention from the Indonesian Consulate General and its delegation.
Today, she brings Michelin-level craftsmanship and warm hospitality to every pastry, creating memorable experiences that celebrate both tradition and innovation.
