EXPECTED Country Pavilions

Three curated country pavilions will bring the world's most celebrated cacao origins to Toronto.

Peru cacao — Salon du Chocolat Toronto
🇵🇪Peru

This November, the Salon du Chocolat Toronto welcomes a Peruvian delegation presented by PromPeru, bringing the Amazon directly to the Village Expo floor. Three exceptional cooperatives will be present: CEPROAA, guardian of rare heirloom Criollo varieties from the Amazonas region — holder of Peru's first Denomination of Origin for cacao; CECAT (Cacao de Aroma), from Tocache, the self-described world capital of aromatic cacao; and APPCACAO, the national body connecting Peru's finest cooperatives to international buyers. Behind this delegation stands Socodevi Perú and its Cacao+ project, driving climate-resilient, women-led cooperative farming across the Peruvian Amazon. Peru produces 75% fine flavour cacao. This is where extraordinary chocolate begins — come taste the source.
